Participants are
kindly requested to register on-line.
You can check,
modify your registration information or even cancel registration
before the Conference Secretariat received your payment. After
that, your registration information will be frozen and cannot be
modified by yourself. Any changes of registration information and
cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference
Secretariat.
The registration is
only valid when we have received your payment. Confirmation will
be sent within one week of receipt of payment.
Cancellations
postmarked before June 10, 2005 will incur a cancellation fee of
US$ 30. The cancellation fee will be increased to US$ 50 for any
refund after June 10, 2005.

any problems sending the form or getting payment through, please

We are sorry that we CANNOT accept
any payment by credit cards or Local/Foreign cheques. This is the
university rules. But we accept payment by bank transfer. If you
need the Conference Secretariat to reserve accommodation, please
include the cost of one night accommodation deposit in your
payment.
Nanjing
Session and Hangzhou Session are arranged at the same time. So
only one of the two sessions can be chosen. The transportation
between Shanghai and Nanjing/Hangzhou will be by bus and the
transport fees are included in the registration fee for
Nanjing and Hangzhou session. It will take about 2 hours from
Shanghai to Hangzhou and 4 hours from Shanghai to Nanjing by bus.
